By making payment of your deposit you agree to the following:
In order for The Bride Side PTY LTD to place your order with the Designer a 50% deposit is payable with the remaining balance due 90 days later or prior to delivery (whichever occurs first).
Deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours of payment.
I understand that by making payment of the deposit invoice, I authorise The Bride Side PTY LTD to place my order in the recommended sizing.
I understand that my measurements have been taken to find my closest size (e.g. 6, 8, 10, 12) for purchase and therefore tailoring will be required for the perfect fit.
I understand it is my responsibility to check measurements taken and sizing recommended by The Bride Side PTY LTD for accuracy prior to making payment of the deposit.
I understand that I cannot change my purchase including measurements, sizing, design, or fabric once my deposit has been paid and 24 hours has lapsed.
I understand the Designers garments are handmade, not mass-produced, therefore slight variations are expected.
I understand that there may be shade variations in colour choices due to availability in fabric required.
I understand that tailoring expenses are not included in the cost of my garment and are payable by me if required.
I understand that The Bride Side PTY LTD does not offer alteration services and are not responsible for the garment after it has left the premises, in my possession.
I understand that although The Bride Side PTY LTD may recommend specific tailoring services, The Bride Side PTY LTD are not responsible or liable for the outcome of tailoring results.
In the event that my wedding is cancelled, I am still responsible for making payment of the balance of my purchase. My invoice must be paid in full and collected by the original wedding date.
I understand the Terms and Conditions of Purchase are not valid until 50% deposit is received by The Bride Side PTY LTD.
